Chair massage is not a 20th Century phenomenon. As long as we have been rubbing away our aches and pains some massage has always been done sitting upright. It concentrates on the persons head, neck, shoulders, back and arms and hands. It integrates Swedish, deep tissue and pressure point techniques to help relieve the most common areas of stress. Treatments can be as short as 10 minutes and still be very relaxing.
