Massage may be found to bring relief from every day aches, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address feelings of anxiety and tension and aid general wellness. It can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in rehabilitation of muscular injuries.
The aim of treatment is to reduce pain and increase movement in muscles and joints in anything from
1-6 sessions. I will also liaise appropriately with other professionals such as GPs, physiotherapists and osteopaths to give you the best possible care.
